Dark overlay on screen

Just tried it on my ipad and its still there, sorry

Ok, so I'm now able to recreate it on my laptop using the Inspect tool from Chrome.  The problem that I'm having now is that I can't locate the code that is causing the issue. It's now 2 AM so I'm going to go to bed, but I will try to figure it out tomorrow.
