Thank you so much guys for your help. I did put some lotion on when I saw your responses and now it's so much better. Thanks to y'all. So thankful to you guys. I need to get less exposure to the sun. The one thing that is bothering me is the white scalp. I have sunscreen with 29 SPF but I did not use it thinking that the sun will not even my scalp color. :Xo!

Well 29 SPF is nothing!  and you did noteven use that?  No wonder your head is peeling - you sunburned that skin.

Do Not do that again.  I NEVER go out without sunscreen on my scalp!  You color will even out even if you use sunscreen - it just won't burn as easily!

it'll adjust to the sun over time

you should be moisturizing it regularly, at least every time after you shave it

certain shaving foams / gels in particular can really dry out your skin, so its worthwhile finding out what products are best to shave with, which you can do by reading peoples thoughts / reviews on this forum
