Jeopardizing my man card

Never let it be said that I'm not open to new experiences. Today I ended up -- of all places -- in a nail salon.

I somehow chipped the nail on my left middle finger about halfway down, far below where it could be trimmed. I tried to file the jagged edge and managed to just make it worse. It was just a matter of time before it got snagged on something and torn, which would have been very painful. I was on my way to the drugstore to get some superglue to glue it in place, when I passed by the nail salon. I figured they would probably know how to fix it. I felt a bit like a fish out of water, but with some gluing and a lot of filing, they were able to patch it up good as new.

Well, Razor, if you can forgive me for getting a head tattoo, I guess I can muster enough fortitude to give you a pass

Hove you ever gotten a pedicure by any chance?

Hi Rob: That is hilarious, my friend.

Glad that you got it fixed which was your main goal at the time. Talk about being in the right place at the right time.

Nothing wrong with a little pampering now and again.

I have a bad habit of biting my finger nails so my wife gave me a gift certificate to a men's spa to have a manicure and pedicure. It was pretty nice - I was offered a drink (of the alcoholic kind) when I arrived and the whole experience was pretty nice. But, I still bite my nails!

One minor slip-up and I'm done? No second chances?

Hey, I will take a pedicure any time it is offered.
I just leave my man card at the front desk and collect it when I leave.

Is there an SBG Mani-pedi day in the future?
