Sorry, can't comment on those 2, sometimes I use my trusty old 3 foil head Remington. It takes it down bald nearly as close as a blade, by not quite.
I use the same type of electric razor. It feels like I have a smooth head with stubble that is possibly a couple of hours old. I prefer this method now because I invariably get razor burn with a straight razor and my head is left irritated and stinging.
