The are called "Guillotine Nipple Stirrups".  There is a bar through the piercing with a ball on each end.  A rounded stirrup is hung from the two balls.

Nipples pierced ? Welcome to my world ! Wait for a few months and get them stretched up by one gauge.

I've had both nipples pierced for 2 years now and never ever had any regrets. They've been stretched up once.

Also got my septum pierced and I can flip the horseshoe up and inside my nose.

Great isn't it ? It can be addictive. I'm considering another tattoo and piercing.
