There's no reason for a shave to take 30 minutes unless you want it to take that long.  I'm well under 10 minutes every day.  A buzz still might be slightly faster, but I know I prefer the feel of no hair to a short buzz.

Looks good either way but personally I prefer  a smooth dome.  Having said that I am retired and don't need to present every day so I have have found that a shave every 3rd day is fine.  Saves on razors to0.

Personally I would suggest letting the nascent beard grow a bit more and then either a goatee or full beard would look good.

Next time you take a photo please SMILE.  You look very concerned!
I agree,a smile would be much better.I don't like how I look in pics anyway.I appreciate the comments and tips.Growing my beard a little longer is something I might do.I would not have time or inclination to shave my head daily or even several times a week. That could change though.
My wife would not like my head shaved though. She is not crazy about my buzz but has gotten used to it.

Just to clarify, yes I do take my time shaving. I use a double edge safety razor, so I am very careful. Also, I have a full head of hair, so my head and face are alot to shave. Yup, I could get the job done in 5 minutes in the shower, but I enjoy the whole old fashioned experience, and I have the time.
Bald by choice, and loving it!
