My 30 starts today

Finally making the progression from shaving with the Wahl Balders to shaving with a razor!

Officially starting my 30 days today.

Though I've shaved numerous times in the past, I've decided I'm going to shave with the grain for the first week. Give my head some time to get used to being shaved.

Good strategy to shave WTG for the first week. Then take it easy, but break into the ATG mode.  I still will shave WTG first, if I skip a few days, then finish ATG.

My partner either didn't notice any difference, or didn't say anything. My shave is about 8 hours old now... Clearly wasn't that much of a change LOL!

A lot of people cannot see the difference between shaved and a close buzz. The feel of smooth vs velcro, though, makes the shave worth the effort, in my opinion.

I agree with Cave Dweller. There's not a lot of difference in the look between buzzed and shaved (except that the hair is a touch lighter), but there is a heck of a lot of difference in the feel! There's nothing better than that fresh-shaved smooth feeling!

Wishing you luck ! The 30 day programme is the best route to the sly bald look. After that, you really won't want to go back. Then you get to the point of no return, and your new look really has to stay.

Will wish it, but you don't need it!

Have your partner shave your head... it can be an enjoyable experience... especially in the shower. Don't make me go all graphic on you now!!!
