Definitely a step in the right correction ... his genes have him slated for even less!

Semi-Sly:
I seriously doubt that the royal "keepers" will allow him to really shave his head or even go clipper short.  He is not allowed to do anything that could be viewed as "edgy" or "extreme" by anyone of any persuasion.
