Actually, I don't care much about how people see me with bald head. If you want to be bald that bad, you will go with it despite of what people saying, trust me.
Just about anyone can pull off a bald head. If you are hesitant, just run the clippers a notch shorter every few days until you are buzzing your head with no guard. It will look like you have shaved your head. The the best part is when you actually break out the razor and shave your head for that smooth FEEL. It's hard to go back to hair once you've felt the smooth feels of a bald head.
BBC is great. It does take some determination to keep at the regular head shaves, and you go through blades faster as there is more hair to cut, but worth it all.

I don't think a person's weight and hair style choice are related that much. If you are asking the question, I assume you want to shave your head. Go ahead and do it and keep it shaved for 30 days. Then make your decision. If you decide to let it grow back, it will not take that long to be back at the length you have now.

Shaving your head works with any body type. If you are concerned because you feel you are too skinny to pull off the look, it may be motivation for you to pack on some muscle and make a positive improvement to your body. Up your caloric intake and hit the weights a few times a week and you won't have to worry about being skinny anymore
