I've got 3 scars on my head from cysts that I had surgically removed as well. Never really thought about it when I had hair (kind of wish I would have) but oh well. At this point in my life I couldn't care. When people ask (which is almost never) unless I'm in a doctors office (I'm in pharmaceutical sales) I just tell people I got in a bar fight and someone cracked me with a beer bottle over the head...usually gets them to laugh
