Remember that most people are not going to stare at you for hours at a time scrutinizing your appearance.  You may be surprised to find that many people won't even notice that you've shaved your head.

This thread had me running to get the tape measure. I'm 23" also. And Karlton, top to bottom, I measure 10." Maybe we should start a big head club. Oh, and I'm short, too.
