I want to thank the form for this great cutting board. I received it a couple of days ago and it is beautiful. I will post a picture or two this weekend.

Make sure you go out and get some mineral oil and oil the board every day for a week. This will help protect it. Don't wash it in the dish washer or soak it in water.
