Hey Andrew...DO NOT LISTEN TO ANYTHING WARHAWK HAS TO TELL YOU!  He gives out bad information.  He had me doing this one technique on my head...I woke up and my head looked like an easter egg....it was all blue with yellow polkadots all over it. LOL
