Stupid question: but what is considered bald by society?

There's obvious skin bald that is done w/ the razor, but many choose to shave w/ a clipper as well which does leave a hairoutline...

Anything under a 1 on a clipper or what?

Whether I shave with a razor, clipper shave, or grow out a big hairy horseshoe, I am bald.  8)

Seems like there are "degrees" of baldness for sure.   Statham? Willis?  The Rock?   Probably all on the bald scale.
