Went a week with no one knowing
« on: March 13, 2014, 12:51:18 AM »
I've always had shortish hair, but I was balding so I decided to shave it. Kind of nervous about reactions, I wore a hat at all times. I go to the gym everyday, and always wear a hat so no one knows, not even my lifting buddy. Everyone that I came to know at the gym, only saw me with a hat on. So one day, I'm sweating really bad, and was wearing a beanie. My face was burning up, so without thinking about it I threw it off, and to see the looks on peoples faces were priceless. My lifting buddy (who's been a best friend for 10 years) responded with, "Wow you're like, really bald." I got a good laugh at his reaction.

Welcome to the club! People who are used to you with hair may be surprised at first, but after a few days, it will be a non-issue. Great beard, BTW!
Even when the d is removed, the devil is still evil.

No need to cover your bald head, you look great!
You just have to be strong for some weeks, when everybody who knows you will have seen you shaven it won't be an issue anymore.
