Thanks for all the support. I posted the only pic I had on computer for my avatar, it is with @ 3 days growth but close enough till I get a better one.

I think being bald will help the scar not be as noticeable (strangely enough), plus you can try some of the scar fading cream if you don't have hair in the way. It may just take a little time for your wife to get use to it, but I will say I have found women like my dome on the smooth side versus the stubble. Was at a party this past weekend and seen old friends who haven't seen me since my shave and the women were lovin the smoothness. When I was asked why I shaved it, my response was "I'm bringin sexy back", and interesting enough a few of the ladies said "You sure are". They enjoyed rubbing the noggin most of the night. Was a great night that ended about 4am  ;)

Welcome UGA...I think you would look cool going all the way.  I have found that if i get even just 1 days worth of growth on it..it drives me crazy.  just ask my wife... We drove to florida from Indiana...we pull into a road rest...and i had to ..i just couldnt bare it any  longer...so i stood at the sink shaving my dome.  I got some pretty strange looks....and my son...who is 9 runs out of the bathroom hollering..MOM DAD IS SHAVING HIS HEAD IN FRONT OF EVERYONE!  I was like SHUTUP! 
Oh and yeah...by the way..WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO THE BLUE THING??? Looks like you are sufficating the poor thing

Welcome again, Bulldog... Like I said in another post; the sly looks suits you great.  I've been sly a grand total of four days; my wife has a similar attitude to yours; but she still likes you, yes?  That's all that matters. 

And ... Good to see you again, Champ; I remember when I first found this website you had just shaved your head; and What an amazing transformation it was ! !     Your first posts really locked into my mind the idea that " Yes;  guys with thin hair DO look better shaved!  It enhances, rather than detracts from a guy's other positive features . ...   Or in other words; Guys who look just ok with a fringe, thin spots , etc. actually look awesome with a total shave.   So, thanks for the inspiration, and glad to see you are still rocking the look.
