Yes, as the gentlemen before me have stated, people are going to notice the new look, and you will receive some comment. If you are like most of us, though, the comments will be almost completely positive. Some friends (usually guys) may kid you, but that ends pretty fast.
The worst thing you can do is act self-conscious or unsure about your smooth head. All that negative vibe will do is fulfill your worst fears of how people perceive you.
