PLEASE Help!!

So i started shaving my head to a zero on Wednesday but on Thursday i notice my head is really sore and i look and i have all red pimples all over my head and most are whiteheads. What do i do, it looks like its spreading. Sorry it's gross but i don't know what to do.

I had a similar issue with I started buzzing close.  It cleared up quickly as my scalp adjusted to being exposed.

It cleared up for me in only a few days.  If I let my hair grow out before the next buzz, I would get them again, usually after a day outdoors.

My hair has grown for about 2 weeks tomorrow and its longer and you cant see the red dots anymore but i can still feel the bumps on my head they have shrunk but they are still there, im nervous if i cut my hair again they will be very noticeable
