We had an outstanding Christmas day. We spent it at my brother's house with him, my s-i-l, their two grown kids ( and their SOs), my Mom, my 90 and 94 year old Aunts, my cousin, and of course my wife and kids. It was a great day and full of laughter... a stark contrast to last year when we toughed it out after my Dad's passing.

Today my wife's Family visits our house along with some of my Family that we saw yesterday. Turkey in the oven, dressing made,, rolls rising, pie waiting to be baked.

This has just been an amazing Christmas Season in our Home. We've all sort of been overcome with the Spirit this year and I Love it.

Peace and Joy to all of you!

Merry Christmas to all!

Mine was pretty quiet, the Eve was at a cousin's house, my brother came in yesterday so spent time with the folks, then to my uncle's for dinner, back for a few nips at my folks (as Mr Jules says, needed to fill up on the 'Spirit' of Christmas! lol) and then back home.

It comes and goes so fast! I hope everyone had a very Merry one and stay happy and healthy into the New Year!

Sheesh, Cave Dweller!  I don't think any of us can top YOUR Christmas (altho it's not really in a good way!).  I hope that you and your family are doing okay.  You deserve a quiet, loving holiday, so I hope that you get/got it.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all my Sly brothers and sisters. Our CHristmas ws pretty quiet this year. My son cooked us a great meal He had 2 friends stop by for the great meal He made Chicken Alfredo from scratch and it was great.. My brother in law and sister-in-law and their son stopped by and we had a great pumpkin cream pie together. We had some great fellowship and some wine together.

This year seemed a little more rushed than usual to get ready. We didn't get around to decorating the tree until yesterday.

Everything turned out well though and it was an enjoyable day for everyone.

I Wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and all the best in the year ahead.
