Wow Mike,

I work indoors - your post shuts me right up- I have no right complaining about the cold! Can't even imagine what 26 below feels like!

 I am one of the few people that prefers the cold though so I am right at home. Summer heat above about 78* is horrible for me. When I was working on Thanksgiving or when I am out in the cold, I just tell people to think of me as you're enjoying anything made with dairy products :)

-26 compared to -55 when we lived in Alaska.

-26 is really nice.  And when it warms up to zero F, it's down right WARM. Feels great. It's all what you get used to.

A few years ago, after spending 3 weeks in Thailand at 107 every afternoon and A/C in the hotel that cooled down to 88 degrees!  When we returned to the states in May and it was in the low 70's it felt really cold!
