Blotchy head
« on: December 07, 2013, 11:00:29 PM »
Hey guys...

I have these white blotches on my dome. I work in heavy industrial construction so I always wear a hard hat during the day and I dont wear hats...sometimes sunscreen if its available during the weekends, so I dont think I'm getting too much sun.

Anybody know what these are or any suggestions on how to take care of it?

Thanks

Hi Mike,

Welcome to SBG. Not sure what those spots are. If you don't figure it our here, maybe a dermatologist can tell you and advise you on a way to even them out if they bother you.

I have the same thing. Two white patches up on top of the bald dome (along with a ton of freckles from years of too much sun exposure).

I have  been to the dermatologist twice to have cysts or odd moles removed, and both times my scalp got a thorough inspection. Those two patches did not get any notice.

Hey Mike. Try something called BB Cream.  Some guys use it to conceal their shadow a bit, should work in your situation too.
I cut my head shaving once pretty bad and had an event to go to, rubbed some on,  it does blend in pretty good.
