  The Oster Fast Feed Clipper is a good clipper I use when doing fades without using my Wahl Balding Clipper! They cut pretty close since they have a thicker blade compared to other clippers! They also don't get that warm and are very lightweight. Finally, they don't cost that much.

  • The Blade is Thick Enough to Give You a #1 Blade Buzz with a Visible Hairline
  • They Can Plow Down Thick Hair with Ease

  Power: Great!
  Weight: Lighter than the Wahl Balding Clipper....
  Mobility: Corded but long enough to get the job done....not cordless

• if I understand you correctly, they both cut to the same length.  I have the Oyster and I like it, but I just bought the Wahl Baldding Clipper because I thought it would get a little closer.  Did I just waste my money?

• No sir you didn't waste your money! The Wahl Balding Clippers will give you a closer shave that the Oster Fast Feed
