head acne

  Greetings bald ones.  This is my first post. i think the ring on my crown has reached the tipping point. it now reflects light. i have been sly before   but it was nine years  ago and i had very little thinning.i went sly back then  because i was in a correctional  facility and wanted to look as manly as possible   anyways  now i got some mean head acne and i need to take care of it before i take the plunge with razor again. i don't have a debit card so i need something i can get at walmart or a drug store. by the the way this forum is great,its like free therapy for hair loss.

Welcome! You could always see a doctor and get a prescription (if you need one). But over the counter cortisone might do the trick. Why not get a barber to do the first shave for you? Your acne may clear up once you do the deed. Good luck to you.

First thing I would recommend would be Clear Head from Headblade but if you can't order anything offline then I would suggest witch hazel.

I have always had a lot of scalp acne, worst in the summer when my head sweats. Shaved my head for the first time in June, and the acne really cleared up.

Thanks fellas. Gonna try the witch hazel. I'm shaving sometime this weekend regardless.I've did the comb over and spray thing for too long  it  is so emasculating to have use white rain like my grandma.I'm so ready.
