schro.... i think i might have the answer. 1st of all...it could B a west coast & florida thing because they have plenty here in the sunshine state, also .... i believe the vehicle is the VW RABBIT.
matter of fact one of my female friends owned one & u know what the color was.... u guessed it.... WHITE.

Actually, it was a VW Cabriolet. Which was the covertible version of the Rabbit, but the proper name of the model is Cabriolet.
