Nothing but compliments. Well, except for this one guy who kept calling me a cue ball. But he is pretty much one of the least attractive people I've ever seen, so I took it with a laugh.

Thank you. Yes, I feel so good about it. Nothing is wrong with my head, in fact I think I almost have the perfect shape for it. It does gather a ton of attention though. I had people looking at me from a distance. But I actually enjoyed it. From doing this, I'm learning something. You don't need anyone else's approval except your own.

Well done! Give it the full 30 day rule.
All will be used to it. No more issues with thinning hair. It looks really good, Rajah. Two thumbs up!

It looks great, Rajah! Congrats, and like you said, as long as YOU like it, that's all that matters.

Good job. It looks great! You shall no longer be known as the balding kid.

You look infinitely greater than on your first picture.
And obviously, you have gained self confidence.
A brand new life is awaiting you...

I like the look more and more as time passes. I think I'm starting to get used to it. But I'm still not used to the way I'm treated. It's not like I'm treated worse, just differently. People who've known me already are the same, but strangers just act a bit different. I can't really put it into words. It's not a negative as I've said... just something to get used to.

I'll repeat myself. Give it the full 30 days. Suspend judgement on how you look, feel, and perceive other's reactions. This is a major change. It takes a little bit for all to get used to it.
And as far as strangers reactions, you don't know what they are really thinking, just your imagination. Some are probably really thinking "I wish I had the b... To do that myself".
Bald looks so much better. Just put on a big smile and greet the world when you go out.

Well, I shaved for the first time today. The last time the barber did it. I used the ATX Headblade. Let me just say that it is a wonderful product. I didn't cut myself at all, and there wasn't any irritation. It was easy to slide across my head. Took me about 10 minutes.
I'll give this 30 days... I actually really like this look, just have to get comfortable. Thanks everyone here for the continued support, if it weren't for you, I would've never considered going sly as an option. This forum is so helpful to me and everyone else out there suffering with hair loss. I will post again after the 30 days about my plans and whatnot.

You do not need to wait 30 day before posting again. Join the conversation more frequently. Let us know how it is going.
