I recently attended the Cross over Ceremony, wherein the fifth graders celebrate crossing from lower toi middle school. My daughter is in the ceremony, and my wife who teaches at the same school, and she and others give a 1 minute speech in front of all fifth graders, their parents, grandparents and other invited guests. I arrived late and sat in most convenient chair until I noticed my wife waving me to join her in the bleachers. Post that ceremony and later in the day, several women commented to my wife that they had no idea who that sexy looking bald guy was until I joined her in the bleachers. That along with " he looks so much younger" were most common responses. Baldness was inevitable for me from a longer lineage on my mothers side. She was one of 12 children (6 boys /6 girls) and all brothers are bald to various degrees.
You SBG's are great. Very inspiring and very positive all the way around from what I've read so far. I'll try to upload a photo, but will need help as I'm not a techie.
Tyler, I'm still working on BaldButBold.com and hope to have web site completed in near future. Hope to link here when ready if it is OK with you. I've been surveying local bald guys (living in BigD area) and recommending SBGwebsite.
By the way Tyler, how are we domed (pun intended) officially SLY other than wear the T? Do you forsee a membership card in the future or other certifying documents? Have additional thoughts on going forward if you are interested. I'm sure, from posts read here thus far, they guys would be very receptive and may possibly become a universal embodiment. Who knows, a future SBG convention in China or spaces.

Sounds good. Let me know when you have the site up and running.
Right now it's pretty much proclaiming that you're Sly and if you desire, wearing the t-shirt. I've thought about putting together a membership "package" for those that join, but at this point it's still a thought. I'm always open to hearing new ideas.

Slyness includes learning from one another. I'm always thinking of ways to quit my day job. I've been a real estate appraiser for 24 years and , in Big D area, it's getting pretty tough to earn a living doing what I consider to be the right thing. Another story in itself, but want you to know I've been working on this for a long time and pieces are finally starting to come together while working on it part time. I'm not trying to rain on anyone's parade and simply seeking alpha here in trying to embolden the bald a little further. I'll keep you posted.

Hi RustyRuss,
The site sounds interesting - there's certainly room for a few more sites promoting positive images of the bald look. Keep us posted.
Any sign of that mug-shot yet?
Anyway, WELCOME!
