New Sly Guy Here...

What's up everybody. My name is George. I am 25 years old and live in New Jersey. I just went "sly" yesterday (June 25, 2007) and LOVE IT. I have had the spiky look, The Beatles look, the crew cut, etc. Going sly was something I have wanted to do for months. So, I finally did it. :D
My current regime is:
1. Soak face and hair with warm water.
2. Apply shaving cream on head and face.
3. Shave face (Mach 3)
4. Shave head (Mach 3). I go with the grain for the most part. I do go against the grain when I run into patches. I'm such a newbie at this - I'll develop a technique in time.
I have been reading some posts and learned that I don't have the correct arsenal. Just logged onto my account on ebay and bid on a HeadBlade. I also have to go to the local Rite-Aid and pick up some after shave.
I'll post a pic of myself as my avatar sometime in the near future.

Nice to see you just went for it. I am having trouble getting myself there.
