May Sly Fitness Challenge!

G'day gang!

ANother late start haha, I've been sooo unbelievably busy with everything lately, which is why you've not seen me around much. Life is hectic, studying part time, working full time, gym and social life... YUP! Anyway, lets get down to business.

I've got a much better understanding of what I'm capable with this new program now, so hopefully these new goals are more attainable!

1) Injury free month, this is honestly the most important goal, and whenever you start feeling yourself doing something dangerous, STOP what you are doing and reassess! there are some nights I'll just completely stop doing something because I'm getting a bit of unusual soreness or strain, it's not worth injuring yourself over!

2) 37.5kg (~82lbs) Barbell curls

3) 125kg (~275lbs) Deadlifts

4) 27.5kg (~60lbs) Dumbell flat bench

5) 45kg (~99lbs) Good Morning

So, who is going to join me this month? Just remember guys, you don't have to have goals like mine, they can be as simple as just getting out for a walk a couple of nights a week or something like that.

I look forward to seeing what other people are getting up to out there :D
