Been lurking off and on for a few years now and finally decided to register.

I’ve been sly for about five or so years now. Shaving my head was one of the best decisions I ever made.

A little about me: I’m a longtime resident of Hawaii. I am a full-time journalist as well as a certified fitness trainer and martial arts instructor (Kali-Escrima as well as mixed martial arts).

I look forward to my time here on the forums.

What island are you on?  My wife is a hula instructor, so we head over to Hawaii quite a bit.
