Add me to the mild/medium list.

Medium to Medium hot

I'm a fan of subtle nuanced complex flavours so I rarely eat hot food as the hot   >:D  tends to dominate everything else...but I do like medium hot (plus) occasionally

I love hot but hot doesn't like me.  So... I prefer it on the medium side.

What about sweetness? Personally I'm not a fan of pineapple/mango salsas, though my family LOVES sweet salsa. :/

As for heat, I'm distinctly medium.

I used to be a maven for Szechuan cuisine, but I developed an allergy to the pepper they use to give it its kick.   :(  I still like it, but like staying alive better.  As for salsa itself, I was never a fan.  I like Indian curry and some thai food though--as long as the Thais do not use that pepper in their sauce, I'm fine.
