Well done sahil15, you've lost a hell of a lot of weight. I lost a grand total of 8st 11lbs but only count it as 6st 3lb really because I lost 2st 8lbs after a mild heart attack and I didnt work in the gym or exercise to earn those lbs. it's all good though!

Hook'Em:
Good Job. I've lost a few pounds myself.  I like to tell people "I started losing my hair, and I didn't want to be bald AND fat. I can do something about the fat part".

Viking:
Sly suits you man!!

Congrats on shifting the weight too, I'm on the same journey at the moment (started at 21st, now down to about 19.5, hoping to get to around 15 eventually), got any tips??

mrzed:
good job on the weight loss.  loosing weight is the first part. keeping it off is the next part.  i've dropped 50 lbs, regained 30 over a few years, and now back down 15.  the lower weight feels better.  pm me if you want some tips i've found helpful.  it's a lifestyle/culture change needed.

Viking, the two main rules of weight loss are of course eating properly and plenty of exercise. I found eating a lot of veggies and long walks (that became runs later) were the best things for my prolonged weight loss. I'm a metalhead and listening to bands like Pantera, NIN etc made the exercise so much less boring. I also do H.I.I.T. as it burns calories much faster and easier. Look it up online, it's a very popular form of exercise at the moment and is ideal for people who don't have a lot of free time.
