Illinois State Police troopers shave their heads to support foundationTroopers throughout Illinois are participating in the head-shaving events and will be representing ISP Districts 2, 5, 15, 17, 21 and Chicago, according to a news release. ISP officers have participated in the St. Baldrick?s Foundation fundraising events.
