Been considering nipple piercings and a PA myself, but knowing that will put me permanently in the dog house with the Mrs.,  that will be back-burner'ed for the time being methinks.

VOT:
You will hear a lot of people say nipple piercing is painful. It isnt although can take up to 6 months to heal

Will have to agree with that it'd put me in the doghouse with SWMBO also
