Straight razor
« on: February 21, 2013, 03:27:11 PM »
I know its old school but I was thinking about shaving the head with a straight razor for a closer shave. Any opinions from all you experienced folk?

Thanks

I've never done it but it can defiantly can be done!

Dob you use a straight on the face in general or would you be brand new to the whole Straight game?

Id love to use a straight all over but I find I get a more accurate, less irritating face shave with a straight & a smoother, less irritating head shave with a Schick quatro.

I still have a straight razor that I used mostly when deployed overseas. But ever since my good friend Warhawk introduced me to DE razor shaving, I haven't used the straight razor in a while (though my barber does) If you want a closer shave, see if you can find a DE safety razor. Good Luck!
