Maybe ? Some kind of hormonal deficiency.

 that’s absolutely normal you’ll notice that boys, when they first hit puberty, the first part of them that gets really hairy is their  legs.  But,  as they mature, that leg hair goes dormant again.   except for some eastern European people and some Arab people, men normally do not maintain “gorilla hairy legs” once they get past their 20s

get used to it and embrace it.  Guys in general as they age lose body hair.  Being older with shift in hormonal balance I have no body hair whatsoever.
