Hello everyone
« on: March 06, 2013, 06:25:51 PM »
My name is Dave, and I took the 30 day challenge. Though I have been "buzzing" my hair for over ten years, I finally " went to zero" and I love it. I have suffered with SD for a long time but it wasn't till I found this forum, did I know the cause of my symptoms. Even had a few doctors tell me they had no idea what I had. Thanks everyone, and I look forward to getting to know you all.

No more buzzing, I'm shaving. BTW, what razor do you guys recommend? The more blades the better? Also, are balding clippers worth the money?

Hi I use Wahl Professional Balding Clippers sometimes if my heads irritated from shaving.   They leave a stubble about the same as a day or two's growth after a shave with a razor so pretty good but not smooth.

Welcome Dave!

A lot of us are HeadBlade fans. Buy GOOD shaving creams and soaps. Nothing in a can from Wally World. Look at the Safety Razor Shave of the Day (SOTD) thread for some info on products.

Welcome Dave.

Another proponent of HeadBlade (Sport) here. Contrary to some of the others, I prefer fewer blades (two) in the cartridge.

As a recent convert to the HeadBlade (ATX) I can vouch for it giving, (at least for me) a very good shave.
