I have always looked at job interviews as an opportunity for me to interview them as well. I ask questions about how they do things, what my responsibilities will be, and what they expect of me. I NEVER ask questions about benefits or perks...... those can be discussed at a later date if they have real interest.
Asking the correct questions lets them know that you are serious about seeking the job, have a real interest in what the job entails, and shows that you have a true sense of responsibility. Asking about benefits and perks can tend to make it look like that i sthe most important thing to you.
This has always worked for me.

Guys, thank you so much for all of the great replies.
I am headed into my normal office right now, I will report back this afternoon after the interview has ended.
Here's to it!
