so, my mother saw it, the one person I thought would never accept it - and although she needed time to get used to it she now thinks it looks good - although she said maybe I would like it to grow just a little - 3 to 5 mm - because she thinks from the front it looks good - but from the back of my head it looks like the head of a skinhead or as she said it looks too tough or savagely or maybe you know a better english word  :)

but it was quite a relief that she doesn't hate it - because I feared that it would make me insecure again

I think that word that you are looking for is "bad-ass" or better still "bad-arse".

I'm sure that your mother will quickly get used to it once she realises that not having hair is not making you a bad-arse.

Glad to hear you are enjoying your new look.  My opinion is, the more that us "normal" guys embrace and enjoy our bald look, the stigma of being a "skinhead" or some other ruffian will soon be a thing of the past.

Congrats!

Any "friend" who is not totally supportive of you is, simply, not your friend.  Remember, true friends are hard to find and if in your lifetime you only end up with one true friend then you are a rich man indeed.  In this world there are strangers, acquaintances, and friends.  Strangers are perhaps friends that you haven't met yet.

A true friend, either male or female, will weep at your memorial service.  Strangers and acquaintances are there for the free food.
