(Nervously looks at the shiny headed group, who return...)

I have been a hair addict for most of my life...mullets, many Jew Fro's, long pony tail, even a pompadour...I have pissed away endless fortunes in stylists chairs...

Ok enough silliness...As I sat discussing what options I had left as my hair had thinned to the point of taking away the above options, she said..."we have been married for 9 years and a week doesn't go by that you don't mutter something about shaving your head...go get the clippers and I will do it"...a half hour and many sheep jokes later, I was shorn...I LOVE IT!!! I have now shaved it three days...a couple nicks here and there, but nothing to bad.  The only issue I have had is I suffer from psoriasis, and while the scalp was a little red the first day...the morning of day two as soon as my head dried from the shower I began to schlep of skin...I had used moisturizing lotion, and am applying it several times a day which seems to be helping.

Order my Headblade ATX which should be here in a few days...as I am currently shaving my hear with a Murkur Safety razor...not perfect for the round head...

My wife loves it, particular with the beard...she was amused with all my various scars from miss-adventure...

Great story, and welcome to the forum!  

The bald n' bearded look is great on you.  I would imagine you may want to try shaving every other day or so to help with the scalp and psoriasis.

Looking good Freddy. I bet you are thinking "Why didn't I do this years ago?" Everyone does, well almost everyone.

Maybe you could try just shaving with the grain until your scalp sorts itself out?
