I use to get like that but now I am totally fine with it. I don't know if any others have experience this but I think it is normal

Heh, also under weird things I'm noticing...

I figured my hair would all grow back in at the same rate, since I had a full head of hair... but the stubble around my crown is much shorter than that on the rest of my head, almost like mpb 

I suspect it's because the hair there grows in funny directions so I go WTG, ATG and XTG if needed, versus everywhere else being pretty straightforward.  But I am amused by this for some reason. 

God am I getting boring or what?

I don't think you are boring because by describing it it could help others that are having the same problem and it will work for others like it works for you. Just keep on posting your experience and you will help a lot of others.

As happy as I am with the look I still get kind of a jolt whenever I look in a reflective surface.  Not a negative reaction, but more a gut feeling of "ohcrapsomethingismissinghere!"

Is that part of the idea of the 30 day rule, it takes about that long for the brain to get used to the new reflection in the mirror?
