I'm probably in the minority here...but in my opinion some people look decent with the traditional "horseshoe" Dr. Phil just happens to be one of those people..... who I think may NOT look good sly. (Terry Bradshaw is another). On the other hand some people even look better when they shave their heads out of the blue (see Steve Harvey) If the individual is happy with being partially bald, well we just have to accept it.

In the few times I've seen Dr. Phil's show, I've never looked at him and thought "Dude, shave the hairy toilet seat". He excudes confidence.
I think "acceptance" is what it is ... you accept yourself (whatever feature) as it is.Which does not exclude taking action to improve said feature - such as shaving one's head.
