I may be the exception, I don't know.. I sleep w/Lounge pants on, t-shirt in warm weather & a long-sleeved shirt when it's cold. I have to have the room around 70 & I like blankets/sheets.

When you have diabetes, I totally agree .  Sock's for sure .   Poor circulation.
