That HeadLube Matte looks like a nice product! I managed to get a super smooth shave out of nowhere with my same old razor, but I shouldn't have used Clubman Special Reserve on my head, it burns much more on the scalp than on my face...

Stan, the HeadLube Matte works very well. It doesn't completely cut out the shine, just tones it down. I also have a pretty oily scalp so it may work different for you. -

Got some alcohol in that , but it smells good .
