Hey I've been away for the past couple of days, I still managed to weigh in 5lbs lighter even though I've not been focusing on weight loss.
Unfortunately I only got out 1 day this month for some sunday activities, but I did throw a 4.6km run (that's probably a 2.5 mile run) somewhere.
I had my injury free month!
And I think I've settled into my new program nicely, I think I have made a sufficiently challenging program this time around, it is going to be fun!
If you haven't beaten me to the punch by now I'll throw up a post now Ty.
