.....it's this guy. (After the ad).  Watch the video. In over 20 years on the street I saw some pretty sick things but I NEVER saw anything like this. NOT EVEN CLOSE! I can't believe that they haven't done something to seriously confine this dude, at least at the time this vid was made. Gawd Amighty humans can do some wierd stuff. This is way beyond wierd and sick. I don't even have the words.....
