Practice makes perfect.  Looks as if you are on the way.

BUT (harping on my too-often-struck string), technique and familiarity with the dips and bumps of the dome are FAR more important than what blade you use.

There's no exam you have to study for and pass.  No one razor is the royal road to slick.

I've noticed I have a couple dips that the blade didn't catch so I had to pass back with the electric.
Guess I can fill in the dips with bondo.

Nola ... looking great. Probably doesn't seem "natural" to you just yet, but from someone who hasn't known you B.S. ("before shaving") you look totally at ease being sly.

The first few days I was nervous what others would say. I even wore a hat to work but it didn't take long before someone noticed. Within minutes, the entire office knew. Everyone wanted to rub my head. Must be something about smooth heads.
I do get a little uncomfortable when I go to stores or out to eat. I'm more attentive now as I find myself looking around to see if anyone is looking at me.
Last night went out to eat and there were 8-10 guys who were sly. Made me feel better about myself.

I saw the Gillette Proglide at Walmart yesterday. Actually had it in my hand. has a strong scent and some of the reviews on Amazon were not that great. But you can't satisfy everyone.

In time, you will get used to it....In my neck of the woods, if you line up ten guys about five of them are sly....98% of the people in public don't even care...the other 2% are probably jealous....
