Last day of the month, how did u do?

I hit most of my targets. Got my lifting back on track (elbow is still hurting) with 3-4 a week, road average of 100 miles a week with 401 for the month (that's 2 months of over 400 each), 44 hours of total training and 27000 calories burned....and drum roll please....lost 1.5 pounds :). Really wasn't targeting weight loss this month, more fitness and that was what I got. Resting heart rate is doing great in the mid 50's, still need to do a Oxygen check.

Beardman, warhawk, RM?
Cheers,
Ty

Congrats Ty, you've done really well! 1.5 pounds without even trying!

It's already the first here for me!

I have surpassed my flat bench goal, Give it a couple of weeks and I should be back to lifting as much as I was before I hurt my shoulder.

The shoulder is doing really well, there is very little that troubles me anymore, so that is a major win!

I changed the way I do squats, but am squatting as much as I was before I changed it up, so that's really a gain...

I never got around to that program, but I have a long weekend this weekend and it is definitely on my to do list!

As for weight loss, it wasn't one of my goals either, but I only gained an average of like .2 kgs, so that's nothing really... If I didn't go out drinking and partying last weekend I probably would have lost close to 4.5 pounds for the month... (goes to show how big my weekend was). I wont be doing that again for a while...

How did everyone else go?
