well i put a new razor on it and got just as close of a shave that i get from the sport..so i really can't tell the difference in the shaves... BUT since its stainless steel and has alil weight to it it adds just the right pressure to the skin without having to really add any...seems like the "handling" is better to me...then of course the coolness factor is there O0
