Hey,
I have been on here for a week now,and I can't believe all the information I have received. I wish I would have found this a long time ago. When I first decided to shave it off. The first time you shave your head at least for me you feel kinda alone. Then after time goes on you get that confidence that everyone talks about. Anyway's, I wanted to tell a little something about myself. I grew up in Valdez,Alaska. I started to lose my hair at 14. I moved to Marinette, WI my Junior year of High school. That was a very hard thing. A new school and your losing your hair. It's hard to make friends when you don't have confidence. I did a good job to hide it until my senior year. I went to get my hair cut before my senior pictures and she butchered it. I couldn't hide it anymore. My confidence was at an all time low. I started to hang around the wrong group of people. I started to experiment with drugs. I soon became a drug addict. When I was twenty-two I decided to shave it all off. Soon after that I decided to turn my life around. I went and got help for my problem. I'm now drug free for 4 years and happy I made the decision to go sly. I'm so happy to have found you guys, and thank you.

Dave: Glad you joined too ! Premature baldness in late teens-early twenties is not easy but so many of us survived and built our confidence minus hair ! Keep posting and encouraging others !
