My partner is a pilot and a CFI. Strange things is that he's afraid of heights -- except when he has wings.
Sure there are goingbald20. Commercial ticket and Instrument Rating here.
That's cool Tom, did you work as a pilot? Or did you just fly as a hobby?
Ferried new planes from the factory to new owners or dealerships.
My dream career is to be a pilot.
Happy to see you posted your avatar Goingbald20.
Wow, that's good to know that there are people in SBG that share the great passion of flying.
Pilot Jeff, which airline are you working for?
I am currently an Instructor Pilot for Falcon Aviation. CFI, CFII, MEI, and AGI.
I am still undecided on whether I want to go to an airline or not for a career, but I am planning to try it. I currently have interviewed with ExpressJet airlines and have been invited to interview with SkyWest airlines.

If you are planning on becoming an airline pilot, you really need to start flying now. Plan on spending 12 months (if you do your training full time) to complete all your necessary certificates and ratings. You can expect to follow that 12 months up with another 12 to 18 months teaching guys to fly as a CFI in order to reach the required 1500 hours of flight time.
I will post more for you tonight as I am currently at work.
Later!
Thanks for the advise Jeff but at this point in my life it is financially impossible to chase my dream.
